Morning Routine – 6:30 AM
The day starts early in the HVAC world. After my morning coffee, I check the day’s service schedule on my tablet while the sun begins to peek over the horizon. Today’s forecast shows we’re expecting temperatures to hit 95°F – a typical summer day that will keep our air conditioning services in high demand.
First Calls – 8:00 AM
My first stop is a preventive maintenance check at a residential property. These are among my favorite calls because they help homeowners avoid costly breakdowns. I perform a thorough inspection, including:
• Checking refrigerant levels
• Cleaning or replacing air filters
• Inspecting electrical connections
• Testing thermostat functionality
• Cleaning condenser coils
Midday – 12:30 PM
After completing two maintenance calls, I head to an emergency service request. A family’s AC system stopped working overnight during peak summer heat. These situations remind me why I love working at Dynamic Comfort AC and Heating – helping restore comfort to homes when families need it most.
Afternoon – 3:00 PM
The afternoon involves installing a new smart thermostat for an energy-conscious customer. I take time to explain the features and programming options, ensuring they understand how to maximize their system’s efficiency.
End of Day – 5:30 PM
Before heading home, I complete my service reports and prepare the van for tomorrow. Every day brings different challenges and opportunities to help our community stay comfortable, regardless of the weather outside.
Working in HVAC services means no two days are exactly alike, but each one offers the satisfaction of solving problems and helping people maintain comfortable, healthy indoor environments. It’s more than just fixing machines – it’s about providing peace of mind to our customers.
